In this blog we will present our official car wich is an Audi A4 B7 Quattro. We build this car mainly for street and drag racing togheter with TTS Tamas Tuning. So project started in 2021 and firstly we were thinking to build a full street car, stock engine with a power limited to about 600 hp.
The base was with 2. 0 TFSI engine wich we changed to a Phaeton 3. 2 engine! Some data about the swap:
- custom engine mounts made by Gis racing
- custom fabrications, engine positioning by Gis Racing
- Phaeton engine with Phaeton accesories, oil filter housing and Touareg coolant pipe
- the biggest problem was the front strut bar wich required custom fabrication and the 2 engine holders. we can say the engine fits pretty good. Engine:
Here we can say engine is fully built and ready to hold a big amount of power! The engine is an R30 engine, using 2. 8 AAA crankshaft.

- Je R30 custom pistons with stock bore size
- FCP-Engineering X-beam rods
- Girdle kit with custom studs
- Custom head stud kit
- Stock valves
- Agressive cams from catcams
- FCP valve spring kit with retairners
- Ported head
Complete engine assembled by our partner TTS. Custom manifold was made also by TTS, intake manifold is also custom, made from aluminium with stock throttle valve.
We used turbocharger from Turbosystems, model HTX4271B1 wich is capable for 1000 HP. It boost up very well and holds power in a good range of RPM.

- 0A3 Gearbox with Phaeton adapter between engine and gearbox
- 2 disc Sachs RCS200 clutch kit with custom flywheel

- stock rear diffAt the moment car has 815 HP with 840 NM, achieved on pump fuel at a 1. 7 bar boost pressure. Next upgrade will follow very soon... At the 1st race we made 10. 2s @ 1/4 mile with a 221 km/h trap speed.
The weight was about 1500 kg with Hoosier DR2 radials. Engine management is an ECUMASTER EMU BLACK with custom harness, using data logger.
